Shipping policy

All orders will ship Monday through Friday.

Orders typically ship within one to three business days after your order has been placed via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking numbers that will be emailed to you.  Shipping times may increase during busier seasons or high product demand.

Once your order is placed we cannot accept any "Add on purchases".  If an additional order is placed after one we cannot combine the two orders.

If you happen to receive your order and you are missing an item please let us know within two business days upon receipt.  Please email us at craftedatdusk@gmail.com with your name, order number and email address.  We will either ship the product or issue you a store credit.

We will not be held responsible for any packages sent to an incorrectly supplied address.  Please be sure to double check all information is correct prior to submitting your order.
